About the Author:

Daniel Seymour is president, QSystems, Palm Springs, California. He has worked in industry, and as a professor and administrator at the College of William and Mary, at the University of Rhode Island, and UCLA. He is a Fulbright scholar and the author of 12 books in business and education.
