Robert D. Gatewood received his Ph.D. in industrial psychology from Purdue University and is currently Professor of Management and Associate Dean for Academic Programs in the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He has been published in Academy of Management Journal Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology and the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. Professor Gatewood has also consulted with companies such as PPG Industries, Westinghouse, BellSouth and Ford.
Hubert S. Feild earned his Ph.D. in industrial psychology from the University of Georgia. He has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology. He has consulted with companies such and SONY, PPG Industries, and General Electric.
