About the Author:

Adele Wilcox is the founder and director of Migrations, a retreat center for spiritual renewal; located in the Endless Mountains of north-central Pennsylvanian, where she lives with her husband and two sons. A United Methodist Minister, she conducts retreats and workshops for both secular and religious groups and is a noted speaker on domestic violence, child abuse, self-esteem, AIDS, holistic health, stress, balanced lifestyles, and women's issues. She is the author of Worship Resources for HIV & AIDS ministries and a contributing author in Women at the Well: Meditations on Healing and Wellness.
