About the Author:

"Dr. Surendra Sundararajan is Professor of Finance at the Faculty of Management Studies, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. His educational background consists of post-graduate degrees in Economics, Business Administration and Law, followed by a doctorate in Finance. Early in his career, he was a Lecturer in Finance at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, USA. On his return to India, he worked for some years in the Corporate Finance Division of Asea Brown Boveri Ltd., before returning to academia. Dr. Sundararajan has published research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals. His affiliations as a Visiting Faculty include the National Institute of Securities Markets, Navi Mumbai, The Railway Staff College, Vadodara, Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai and S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. He has also served as a Nominee Director on the boards of a couple of organizations."
