About the Author:

James F. Berry, J.D., Ph.D., is an attorney who specializes in environmental law, and a Professor of biology at Elmhurst College. He has lectured and written extensively on environmental law issues, including the book Wetlands: Guide to Science, Law, and Technology, which he co-authored with Mark Dennison. Dr. Berry also teaches a two-quarter course on environmental law and regulation for the Master of Science in Environmental Management program at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Mark S. Dennison, J.D.,.is an attorney who specializes in environmental law and is the author of 16 books and more than 150 articles on environmental law and regulatory compliance issues. His books include Brownfields Redevelopment, Wetland Mitigation, Storm Water Discharges, and Hazardous Waste Regulation Handbook. Mr. Dennison was also formerly the editor-in-chief of the monthly newsletter, Environmental Strategies for Real Estate and the editor of the quarterly journal, Remediation
