About the Author:

Nicholas Pang (San Mateo, CA) is co-founder and chief knowledge officer at Where2Net, a software provider of multi-channel development tools and Web applications, and an Oracle Mobile Partner. Pang has 18 years' of professional experience in content management, consulting, and engineering. As CKO, Pang heads up all product management, development, and engineering at Where2Net. Philip Stephenson (St. Louis, MO) is director of mobile architects at OracleMobile, Oracle Corporation's Mobile Products and Services Division. At Oracle, Stephenson has concentrated on mobile and embedded products, including Oracle Lite database, Web-to-Go disconnected environment, 9i Application Server Wireless Edition, OracleMobile.com Wireless online services, and Online Studio for wireless developers.
