Laboratory Manual for Saladin's Essentials of Anatomy and Physiology - Softcover
The McFarland/Wise: Essentials of Anatomy & Physiology Laboratory Manual is intended for the one-semester A&P Laboratory course, which is often taken by allied health students. It may be used with the Saladin/McFarland: Essentials of Anatomy & Physiology textbook, or as stand-alone essentials of anatomy & physiology manual in conjunction with any one-semester A&P textbook.
This full-color manual is designed for students with minimal backgrounds in science who are pursuing careers in allied health fields. It includes 25 exercises that support most areas covered in a one-semester A&P course, allowing instructors the flexibility to choose those exercises best suited to meet their particular instructional goals. Each exercise is based on established Learning Outcomes and contains hands-on activities with the essentials-level student in mind.

About the Author:
Robin McFarland has taught anatomy and physiology at Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA since 1998. She earned a Ph.D. in physical (biological) anthropology from the University of Washington, where she studied the relationship between body fat and reproduction in primates. Robin collaborates on studies of ape anatomy with Adrienne Zihlman at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Robin is a member of the Human Anatomy and Physiology Society, American Association of Anatomists, and American Association of Physical Anthropologists. She was also contributing author to Human Anatomy, second edition, by Ken Saladin. She and her husband Jeff have two children, Reid and Madeleine. Robin enjoys hiking and climbing mountains with her family.

Book Description Condition: Acceptable. LIGHTNING FAST SHIPPING! A heavily used, but still working copy. Coffee stain and wrinkling to the edge of the pages when a tired undergrad fell asleep and knocked their cup over on their books.
