About the Author:
Jenny Lewis has had a lifelong interest in holistic health and care. Her mentor was the well-known naturopath and osteopath Tom Moule. In 1986, she established the Eden Centre for Holistic Health and Creative Development. She lives near Exeter in Devon, England.
