Combining personal anecdote and medical fact, the Kentons also offer creative recipe suggestions for this primarily fruit and vegetable diet as well as a plan for converting present diets to a high-raw one. This is a sensible and useful book for the nutritionally minded, but the authors may be overly enthusiastic in their cure-all claims.
