He is the first textile designer to be given a one-person show at both the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. He also is a leading fabric designer for Rowan Patchwork and Quilting and the leading knitwear designer for Rowan Yarns. Born and raised in San Francisco, Kaffe moved to London to Paint at the age of 19.
