About the Author:

Dr. Elias M. Awad is a chaired professor in the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He has over 40 years in the computing field including extensive academic and industry experience. He is one of the world's leading MIS instructors and seminar presenters in the banking industry. He is also the CEO of International Technology Group, LTD., an IT consulting group with offices in Chicago, New York, Beirut, Damascus, and Bratislava.
