About the Author:
Michelle Evans is an attorney who practices in San Antonio, Texas. She is currently an adjunct professor at San Antonio College where she teaches both contract law and real estate law for the Real Estate Program. Educationally, Ms. Evans holds a B.S. from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law. She is a frequent speaker on contract matters and has authored numerous legal articles.
