Simple addition is easy and entertaining with this booklet from the Dr. Seuss Beginner Fun series. Children learn to apply their knowledge of numbers 1 to 10 and the principles of addition through exercises that include crossing out a number that doesn't belong in a certain set; circling or underlining appointed numbers or number of objects; or writing the answer to a simple question of how many. There's also fun to be had with stickers: each of the 19 stickers matches a specific addition problem and children must figure out where each sticker belongs in relation to the equation. With Dr. Seuss and his quirky creations, learning simple math is fun and funny! (Kindergarten to grade 1)
