So what's so special about that, you ask? Well, in the first place, I'm a city kid and I'd been scared stiff of dogs and I'd never held a puppy in my whole life until I was ten years old. And in the second place, the puppy I was holding actually came to live with us - with my mom and dad and my brother Mike and me.
