Robert A. Cropf is Director of the MPA program and Professor in the Department of Political Science at Saint Louis University, USA. He is the author of six books on public administration and policy.

Wagner is Director of the Bi-State Development Research Institute, working with Saint Louis, MO area communities and national partner organizations in evaluating regional land use, public policy, economic development, and infrastructure investment. Dr. Wagner holds a PhD in Public Policy Studies from Saint Louis University, USA.
