US shipping: We ship UPS Ground service for most destinations in USA. Average cost for 1-2 lbs. is $4.10 and additional lbs. will increase rate up to $2 per book.
**International rates: Global Priority Mail: $10.00 for up to 4 lbs that fit in a 9.5 X 12.5-inch envelope. (This is air mail service.) If Global Priority is not availabe, air-mail cost depends on rate, weight, and destination (ask for quote). Surface rate is $9.00 per book (under 2 lbs). Insurance is not available on international shipments.
