Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on items weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. International orders weighing more than 4 pounds cannot be shipped air mail without a *substantial* cost increase over the shipping fees we have listed on ABE. Domestic orders weighing more than 4 pounds cannot be shipped expedited without a cost increase over the shipping fees we have listed on ABE. We are happy to ship multi-volume orders to both domestic and international customers via media/surface mail. Multi-volume international orders will be shipped M-Bag, which can take up to three months to arrive. Be prepared for this. Items are returnable within one week of delivery if return in saleable conidition. Opened software is not returnable. We will pay return shipping charges if we made a mistake.
