The Acorn Bookshop opened in 1992, and is a busting-
at-the-seams general used-books and antiquarian book-store.
We specialize in Mathematics, Ancient History,
Mysteries, Science Fiction, Railroadiana, Chess,
Ohioana. The staff is George, Christine, Norman,
Jack, Brahmi, Anna and Kelly -- readers and booklovers
all -- and former customers before coming behind the counter.
We're in the charming Grandview neighborhood of Columbus, with many shops and restaurants close-by.
We'll be glad to make recommendations.
On some days our store cat, Biblio, joins us
as our Customer Relations expert.

It Adds up to Quite a Collection
We recently bought the library of a late OSU professor of mathematics. He taught graduate level classes, and his books reflect that level of interest. We also have a lot of the Dover reprints, which aren't listed, so please call for further information.

Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. International rates vary greatly depending upon the size and weight of the book. The USPS requires international packages over 4 pounds to ship priority. However, any book small enough to fit in an international priority envelope can be shipped for $15. We'd be happy to quote actual costs.
