We (Ariel's Book Nook) guarantee the condition of every book as described on the Abebooks web sites. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase (Incorrect Book/Not as Described) or if the order hasn't arrived, you're eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If you've changed your mind about a book that you've ordered, please use the Ask bookseller question link to contact us and we'll respond within 2 business days.

A shipping charge of $4.00 is based on USPS Media rates for the shipment of a book within the United States. If your book order is for a multiple number of books, heavy, oversized or, shipped outside the Continental United States, you will be contacted if extra shipping charges are required. There is no charge for packaging unless special packaging is requested. We package our books with the utmost care keeping in mind that this book is important to you or, you would not have ordered it. We pay for insurance on shipments based on the value and fragility of the item being shipped. The charge for insurance is not passed on to the customer except in the case of an extraordinary expense for insurance being encountered. All of the above applies to comic books and magazines.
There is no charge for the packaging & shipment of vintage or antique post cards. In the event any extraordinary expense is encountered you will be notified before shipment.
