About Astra Used Books
Astra Used Books is a large retail and warehouse bookshop situated on the northern outskirts of Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY1 3QH. We have over 80,000 books in stock on most subjects A-Z. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 10am-4pm. We purchase books strictly by prior appointment only. We are happy to ship books worldwide, however please note that an extra charge may be required to cover shipping costs as we will only send overseas items by Airmail. We take great care with our packing, and always send in a stiffened parcel, as we wish you to receive your book in the same condition as it left our store.

Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
