One page letter on pale blue company letterhead, 8 x 10". The railroad has received a bill from Wistar for rent on a lumber yard in Broad Street. Hilles writes "If you will be kind enough to refer to the terms of the only lease I ever made with you, you will perceive that the conditions having been complied with by me I am under no liability whatever.
