About Books & Ink Bookshop (BA & PBFA Members)
Books & Ink (est. 2005) is a bricks and mortar shop in the historic market town of Banbury in Oxfordshire.
Shop Opening Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10-5; and Wednesdays 10-3.30.
Set out over 2 floors in an ancillary building of the historic White Lion coaching inn, we have a large general stock of old, new and antiquarian books, with around 25,000 titles in stock. We specialise in books relating to the local area, both old and new. We also sell (and accept) National Book Tokens and stock a small range of book-related gifts. Online orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed after midday on Friday will be dispatched the following Tuesday. Bookstore Terms
We accept orders through Abebooks and also direct. Free UK P&P is only available online. We carefully describe our books but please ask us if you would like to see a photo. Returns policy: if books are deemed to be not as described they can be returned within 10 days and a full refund will be issued, but please notify us before returning an item. Payment also accepted by visa, switch/maestro/solo (UK only), mastercard, American Express.
Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 1 business day. Our shop is closed on a Monday. All quoted shipping costs are based on books weighing 1kg. If your book order is heavier than 1kg, we may contact you to let you know that extra shipping is required. Approximate postage times are based on business/working days, i.e. 10 working days may take up to 2 weeks to reach you.
