After 30 enjoyable but frustrating years in mainstream ("bricks and mortar") bookselling, I have joined the first real book revolution since Caxton - online bookselling. I now sell books on seven venues (including my own website) - abe is one of them.
I offer a wide range of second-hand books, and new imported American editions, but I specialize in brand new Austalian and international travel books, maps guides, and Australian local and natrual history. Happy browsing

We accept orders either through the ABE shopping cart or direct via “ask the
bookseller a question”.
Australian buyers: We accept payment by credit card through ABE or via
Paypal(verified), bank cheque, direct debit to our bank account, Australian
money order, or personal cheque (please allow 3 days for clearance). We
guarantee the condition of every book as it's described on the Abebooks web

Shipping Terms:
Unlike some other online booksellers we only list books we actually have on our shelves. So we always ship fast - over 95% of our orders leave the same day we receive payment. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 1.1 LB, or 500g, If your book order is heavier or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Local pick-up is no problem - just ask!
