Payment by check or money order, or by credit card through ABE Commerce program (Shopping Basket). Books will be sent as soon as payment is received (if check or money order), or acknowledged (if through ABE Commerce).
Shipping Terms:
Standard shipping within U.S.: $3.25 first book, $1.75 each additional book. Priority within U.S.: $5.50/$4.00. Large sets will be billed at actual shipping cost. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
