Original full dark green limp leather, gilt stamped spine and pictorial front board, deckle edge, top edge gilt, inside dentelles. Printed for the writer by the Britton Printing Company. Number 13 of 120 copies printed, this copy presented to "Mary Witt Eells" by the writer. 306 pgs., illustrated with photographs. Scarce 1908 work on American fly fishing and deer stalking - plus bass, small game and Florida saltwater fishing. Spine and the extremities of the boards are rubbed with some pieces missing from the head and tail, joints and hinges are tender. Recent conservation has preserved and slowed any further deterioration of the binding (this rare work is typically found with corroded binding). The interior remains clean and bright.
