We generally only accept payment in advance. We are happy to refund you if you are not completely satified with your purchase as of when we receive the item, just mark the package "return to sender".

Shipping Terms:

Shipping costs are based on items weighing less than 1kg (2.2lbs). If your book order is heavy or oversized it may incur a surcharge or we may simply send the item economy, either way we will contact you. Shipping times are calculated from when we dispatch the item(s), this can be 1 to 3 days after you place your order. Shipping times are thought to be accurate - if there is a delay please let us know. Shipping does not include insurance but we regularly insure expensive or rare items. Standard delivery is First Class Service within Ireland and Airmail Service everywhere else - this should be fine for most people. Priority delivery goes by Swiftpost, a fast, reliable and cheaper alternative to other couriers - choose this option if you want your purchase to arrive sooner.
