This handsome book won a design award from the American Institute of Graphic Arts in 1962. The photographic reproductions are of exceptional (300-line screen) quality. Unlike the modern masters Wright and Le Corbusier, Saarinen wrote very little during his life; this work published posthumously is an important record of the architect and his work. FREITAG 11187.
