About the Author: Tabinda Siddiqui completed M.Phil degree recently in Defense and Strategic Studies from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan. As a visiting faculty, taught the subject of Human Rights in the IR department of NUML University, Islamabad, in 2008. Worked as a teacher's research assistant twice in the DSS Department in 2008 and 2010.
