About the Author: Dieter (Don) S-Strong was born and educated in New England, U. S. A.., graduating from Boston University with a degree in journalish. His early career, following six and a half years of U.S. Navy duty( served as a carrier-flying officer), included marketing and advertising positions with IBM, Digital and Computerversion. A bilingual (English-German) photo-artist, Mr. S-Stong has published his writings( fiction and non-fiction), and photography in many magazines, calendars and newspapers in America and overseas. His excellent photographs, primarily images of military cemeteries and memorials, gardens, harbors and landscapes, have been exhibited in most New England states, France, Belgium and Germany. A former basketball champ and classical music and military history buff, he is, like his great Dad, married and eternally in love with a beautiful French lady, Michelle S-Strong, the creator and director of outstanding Language School International.
