customer can send back anything purchased from us within 5 days of receipt, no questions asked, in exactly the same condition, insured. Customer pays s&h both ways. There is a 3% restocking charge for returns; however, the refund is full if we had misdescribed the item.

Shipping Terms:
Shipping & handling cost is always extra. We could not ship oversized expensive artbooks at ABEbooks shipping rates, so we will contact you with your specific shipping and insurance cost. At this time you could still cancel the order if the cost is more than you wanted to pay.
Domestic orders are usually shipped with UPS Ground insured one business day after receipt of payment. The usual cost is $11-$13 for an artbook weighing 5-7 lbs, insured for $200. Shipments could also be arranged for UPS or FedEx delivery overnight or 2nd day.
International orders are usually shipped with a consolidation economy air carrier, delivered in 8-12 business days anywhere in the world. This carrier's rates are compatible to those of the post office, especially for extra heavy and expensive items. We do not ship with the post office.
All orders must be insured. Shipments will only be billed to our own carrier accounts.
