About this seller
I have been a nearly full time bookseller since the mid 2000s working from home in Bristol. I concentrate on books on transport (mainly railways), industrial history, maritime, topography, the Beatles & other groups from the 1960s and interesting ephemera. I particularly specialise in official publicity of the British railway companies. I issue occasional catalogues in advance of book fairs and of Great Western Railway publicity. I keep a modest stock of quality material which is constantly changing. I am a member of the Provincial Booksellers Fairs Association and I regularly exhibit at PBFA fairs and railway collectors' fairs. I sell on ABE and also on eBay under the moniker 'mr.publicity' - I usually have 50 or so auctions of books and ephemera running at any one time. I travel far and wide to view and buy stock so please contact me if you have material for sale!

Shipping Terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Standard shipping for UK orders weighing under 2kg when packed is first class post. UK orders weighing over 2kg when packed are sent by UPS or equivalent and extra shipping charges may be requested. European orders can usually be shipped by air mail for the ABE default shipping rate, although if the cost is significantly more we will request extra shipping charges. Worldwide orders weighing up to 1kg when packed are sent by air mail for the default ABE shipping rates. Worldwide orders weighing over 1kg when packed will be sent by the most economical shipping method (air mail or UPS or equivalent) and extra shipping charges may be requested. PLEASE NOTE that buyers are responsible for the payment of any additional VAT, duty or other charge or tax that may be applied by the authorities in their country. As it takes between 3 weeks and 3 months for parcels with all the necessary documentation correctly completed to clear customs in the Czech Republic (Czechia) we can no longer accept orders from that country.
