If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to resolve the problem. To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, be sure to return your item directly to us within 30 days of receipt and in the same condition you received it in.
Gilead Books will also refund shipping costs if the return was a result of an error on our part. If the return was not as a result of our error, then you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days and often sooner. Shipping costs are based on books weighing up to 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
