About Glenn Books, ABAA, ILAB

Glenn Books has been in business as an antiquarian bookshop in Kansas City since 1933. Fred and Carolyn Gilhousen purchased the shop from Ardis Glenn in 1986. The shop is now located in our home at Lake Quivira, Kansas. Hours are by appointment. We are members of ABAA abd ILAB.

Bookstore Terms

It is best to reserve your order by telephone or e-mail. All items are subject to prior sale. Unless obtrusive, bookplates and inscriptions are not noted. All items are guaranteed as described and are returnable within 10 days, with immediate notice of intent to return the item. Books must be carefully packaged, insured, and returned in the same condition as received. Postage is extra. Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal are accepted.

Shipping Terms:

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
