Dusan Mandic (1954, Ljubljana) graduated in 1981 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana, where he went on to complete postgraduate studies under Professor Janez Bernik. Between 1980 and 1982 he was artistic director of the Skuc Gallery programme. In 1983 he became a member of Irwin group together with the artists Miran Mohar, Andrej Savski, Roman Uranjek, and Borut Vogelnik, coming from the punk and graffiti scene in Ljubljana (the name was R IRWIN S). In 1984, the group co-founded a larger collective known as Neue Slowenische Kunst (NSK). Acting as the fine arts wing of the group, they joined the musical group Laibach, and the Scipion Nasice Sisters Theater group. In 1984 they changed name to IRWIN. This is a sort of exhibiton catalogue, which contains reproductions, an interview (part taken from Mladina magazine) and review of this Mandic's Graffiti exhibition that was originally made for Disco FV in Ljubljana. In Zagreb it was displayed in famous 'Prostor prosirenih medija' in 1984. This is very small edition, app 30 copies, very rare. Copied. In Croatian, 8 pages, unnumerated. Bookseller Inventory #
