Electric Printing Company, PA. This famous Pennsylvania regiment was composed of lumbermen and marksmen when it was raised in 1861. They were armed with Sharps rifles and later, Spencers. They wore bucktails in their hats. They served in most of the major campaigns of the Army of the Potomac, fighting in the Peninsula Campaign, Manassas, South Mountain, Antietam, Fredericksburg, Gettysburg, the Wilderness and were mustererd out after Spotsylvania. Includes a muster roll of the unit. The Bucktails were one of Fox’s 300 fighting regiments. Very good copy of the first edition. No dust jacket. 466 pages. Bookseller Inventory # 21118
