Welcome on the website of Int Profijtelijk Boeksken. For several years, we are known as the largest shop dealing in second-hand books throughout Flanders, because we have a stock of more than 350,000 books and a weekly supply of more than 2,000 books.
History
IPB started in 1985. In the past, we mainly used to stand at markets and book fairs. The shop in Westerlo has been opened in 1997. In the beginning, we had a stock of about 50,000 books, which extended gradually. At the end of 1999, we decided to start offering books by internet as well. Since July 2002, we have a new store, where you can find books exclusively meant for internet sale. During Spring 2004, we opened our shop in Antwerp. In may 2006 we opened our shop in Leuven.

We have bank accounts in France, Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium. Inhabitants of those countries can pay there without extra costs for foreign payment.
You can always pay with AMEX, VISA or EUROCARD/ MASTERDCARD, PAYPAL, wherever you live.
Shipping costs are at the buyers expense, and 1 extra euro will be charged for packaging of orders less than 12 euro. Ordered books are hold for 2 weeks, until we have received payment. Normally, books are delivered after payment.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
