CREDIT CARD PURCHASES Only through ABEBOOKS or PayPal. We accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. All Abebooks orders are shipped U.S.P.S. Media or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. IL state residents must add 7.75% sales tax. Unless otherwise requested, International orders are sent in Priority Flat Rate Envelopes for $13.95 or Priority Mail in a Box depending on size and weight of the book.
Shipping Terms:
All Books are mailed in heavy duty boxes with Delivery Confirmation and NOT in envelopes, Many Books sent Priority Mail will be sent in Cardboard Padded Envelopes if small enough. Most International Orders can be shipped in a Flat Rate well padded Envelope for $13.95.
