Terms of Sale
We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund; refund will be initiated upon receipt of returned book.
Our team will provide full instructions on how to return your order and once received our returns department will process your refund.
Please note the cost to return any unwanted order to us is borne by the buyer.
Shipping Terms
Orders ship within 3-7 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
