Neale Publishing Company, NY. Using family letters and correspondence Dr Samuel Mudd’s daughter plead his case in the Lincoln assassination conspiracy. One of the rarer Neale titles. Good copy of the first edition. This copy was rebound with a heavier library cover in the 1950s or so. The ex-library book has the remains of the call letters on the spine on the inside front and back covers some type of library markings were removed. There is some staining on a few of the pages.
