US order, please include $4.00 postage and handling for first book, each additional book $1.00 per book for Postal Book Rate ($11.00 for Postal Service's Priority Mail). refund upon return if postmarked within 10 days of receipt of order. Refund will apply only to price of book, postage and handling charges will be retained by seller.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
