Pink wraps, handwritten label on front cover ("William Mixter / Committee on Railroads & Canals / No. 1"); 192 x 260 mm; pp. [47], lined paper, completely full, recorded in a tidy cursive hand, in black ink and (primarily) pencil. Faint water-stain at top edge of front cover; a few small spots of soiling here and there. Covers railroads throughout the state -- their lines, routes, property. The minutes were kept by committee member William Mixter (1809-1884), a state legislator from Hardwick, Massachusetts. Bookseller Inventory # D8077
