Bookstore Terms
Money Orders, Checks, Bank Drafts *WILL* be returned if not made out correctly to personal name which will be provided upon request. Due to Patriot Act restrictions we CANNOT cash checks made out to our shop name without excessive charges (even though we receive electronic payments through the account without cost).
Paypal is only available through our own personal shop (see our e_mail domain).
Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Please note that for most typical items we frequently wrap in oversized cardboard to provide edge protection. These items are unlikely to fit in standard mailboxes, and may need to be retrieved from the Post Office. If there is risk of exposure to the elements, please let us know, so we may take extra protective steps.
Please note that some books or sets, particularly those marked HEAVY may not be shippable via standard Flat Rate services, particularly for International Orders. For some items and some countries we may require expensive Global Express Guaranteed services with their built in tracking and insurance. International Flat Rate Envelopes cannot exceed 4 lbs.
For items under two pounds you may want to contact us to arrange for First Class International as there may be significant savings involved.
For Domestic Priority please note that shipping times may be up to 2 Business days, and that weekends are not counted.
