We want you to be happy with any book you order from Nan's Book Shop. If for any reason you are disappointed, please contact us. If you choose to return the book, you will be responsible for the shipping unless we made an error, such as sending you the wrong book or having a significantly different description. In that case we will pay shipping both ways.
Payments we accept: Paypal, checks, money orders, Visa and Mastercard, and Discover. We cannot accept wire transfers.
Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know that extra shipping is required.
