Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt undamaged, unread and in their original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless it has been agreed by both the buyer and Nelson's Bookstore that we should pay for return postage. ie. Wrong item sent.
We will not refund money until we receive the item and deem it in a fit state for resale.
Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
