Tip Top Weekly (later New Tip Top Weekly) was a periodical published from 1896-1916. It featured the adventures of Frank Merriwell, a gifted student and athlete, from his time at a fictional New England academy through his years at Yale. After graduation, his adventure take him around the world, and later involve his brother, Dick, and his son, Frank, Jr. Contents of this issue: "Frank Merriwell at the Cowboy Carnival; or, Old Friends Meet Again" by Burt L.
