Publisher's green cloth, lettering stamped in silver on upper board and spine; 8vo; pp. 240. Spine tips rubbed; tiny ding at fore-egde of lower board, extending to the very edge of the last few leaves. From the library of Ernest Hemingway's younger sister, with her bookplate on the FFEP, "Jasper and Ursula Jepson," and including a letter to her, handwritten and signed by the author, in its original mailing envelope, taped to the front paste-down. Dated 11 April 1966, on Hilton Hawaiian Village stationery, the author remarks "We may join the Tilleys over at Bellows this week. I'm renting a typewriter today, and shole [sic] do some work this week. I get drunk when I don't work / Mack K." An unique copy, with an interesting provenance. Bookseller Inventory # D6983
