Items shipped upon receipt of payment. Cash, check, Money Order, and PayPal are acceptable. Payment expected within 10 days of confirmation. Shipping costs will be the actual Priority Mail plus Delivery Confirmation costs or Parcel Post (Media or Bound printed matter) plus Delivery Confirmation. In the case of Parcel Post please add $1.00 for handling costs. Items shipped ASAP after receipt of payment.
