All books to USA & Canada & Australia / New Zealand go by airmail - because I have a deal with our mail services, the difference between airmail and surface is negligable pricewise and the cost is very favourable & much cheaper than regular airmail - GBP 5.00 to USA & to Aus /NZ - and you will get the book long before you have forgotten that you ordered it
All post to European destinations also goes airmail - surface mail is no longer an option.
