Synopsis: The Olympian Cars remains the definitive book telling the story of the great American luxury automobilesof the Twenties and Thirties as it was when first published in 1976. Illustrated with almost 400 period photos of these great cars, the Second Edition photos have been reformatted and rescanned from the original prints using odern digital technology. A number of the photos have been replaced with improved views. A section of color advertisements has been added bringing the book to over 300 pages. Chapters chronicle the story of great cars such as Duesenberg, Cord, Packard, Pierce-Arrow, Lincoln and Cadillac and the people who designed and built them.
