Some factors were singled out in order to understand their impact on management. The study further made use of previous research findings which provided a basis for carrying out the research. The key instruments used in the field to collect data were questionnaires and interviews. The data collected was analysed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). This study came up with various findings.
